The existing empirical studies in teacher-students relationship (TSR) in either EFL or non-EFL contexts has been extensively studied by scholars in this field. However, little is known about the human behavior dimensions in the practice TSR in the class. Therefore, this study aims (o investigate which of the human behavioral dimensions that an Indonesian EFL teacher employs when she practices TSR in her classroom. Grounded in the qualitative research, data of this study are collected through semi-structured interviews. The findings of this study indicate that the dimension of agency behavior is incompatible with teacher behavior towards students, while the dimensions of communion behavior are more in line with what the teacher has practiced during her interaction with students in the classroom. The implications of this study suggest that Indonesian EFL teachers seem to be engaged as a classroom community that builds a good relationship with her students.en_US
