Coping terhadap Stress pada Polisis Resense Kriminal

Abstract

This research is intended to explore patterns of coping with work stress in crime detective police. This research used qualitative methods. The data were collected through observation and interview. The result showed that the crime detective police used the following work stress coping : they remain active at work regardless the stresses, acceptance of work demand, plan for other non worlk activites, seeking social-emotional support, seeking social-instrumental support, religiosity, and self control.
