Perbandingan Respon Seismik Dan Analisis Kinerja Struktur Berdasarkan Sni 03-17262012 Dan Sni 03-1726-2019 Serta Perencanaan Ulang Elemen Struktural Struktur Atas Gedung Kuliah Bersama Politeknik Negeri Cilacap
Abstract
Regulations for planning structures for earthquake-resistant buildings in Indonesia have
developed along with the occurrence of earthquake disasters in Indonesia from SNI 1726-2012
revised to SNI 1726-2019. So with the emergence of new regulations, this has resulted in the need
to review the finished building structure to be reviewed using the new regulation, namely SNI 17262019.
The problem that will be studied is how much change in seismic response occurs in the
superstructure of the building which includes period, base shear force, drift ratio, irregularity, and
P-delta effects if earthquake loads are used based on SNI 1726-2012 and SNI 1726-2019. The
method used in this research is to use response spectrum analysis. The program used in this analysis
is SAP2000. Based on the analysis carried out, it is known that the period value of the structure
using a non-cracked cross section is 0.8082 seconds while the period value using a cracked cross
section is 1.1481 seconds. The results of the analysis of vertical irregularities show that this building
meets the requirements for vertical irregularities. The results of the horizontal irregularity analysis,
namely the torsional irregularity, showed that in the y direction earthquake the building experienced
torsional irregularities on the 1st floor to the 5th floor. both the x-direction and the y-direction meet
the requirements for the drift ratio. The results of the analysis of the influence of P-delta are known
that based on SNI 03-1726-2012 and SNI 03-1726-2019 have fulfilled the requirements for the
influence of P-delta. meet the structural performance requirements. In the cross-sectional analysis
of beams and columns after scaling the basic shear force, it is concluded that the cross-sections of
beams and columns still meet the requirements according to SNI 03-1726-2019.
