Hubungan Antara Kepuasan Kerja Dengan Kesejahteraan Psikologis Pada Guru Honorer Di Kecamatan Gamping Sleman Yogyakarta
Abstract
The aim of the study was to understand the relationship between job satisfication
and psychological well-being in honorarium teachers. The hypothesis of this study
was that there is a relationship between job satisfication and psychological wellbeing
in honorarium teachers. The study sample involved 76 subjects of
honorarium teachers from elementary school in Kecamatan Gamping, Yogyakarta
which consisted of 22 male and 54 female within age range 22 – 58. The
measuring tool of this study were adopted from Rizkiyana (2015) job satisfication
scale, and psychological well-being scale from Ryff & Singer (1998). The data
analysis of this study was using product moment from Pearson of SPSS 17 for
Windows. Based on the result, it showed that there was a significant relationship
job satisfication and psychological well-being in honorarium teachers. (r
coefficient: 0,109, p: 0,002 )
