dc.description.abstractThe development of construction technology is now progressing rapidly, which is characterized by the presence of various types of materials and modern equipment. In antiquity with a simple apparatus can be erected monumental buildings which until now still admired. In the development of the construction world today, it is a lot of work done to improve the quality and quantity of work, both in structure and construction management. At least the effort made an effort to improve and achieve better working results. In the implementation of a construction project, the bigger the project is done, the greater the obstacles that will be faced by the construction company. Therefore, the construction company must have a thorough consideration in the planning and in the execution of a construction project. The construction of the service is always trying to realize the project without prejudice to the achievement of cost and time efficiencies while still complying with the quality. Here, researchers used two material elements to compare between existing with which researched the analysis columns and price comparisons using precast floor plate. Data obtained from the project site and factories producing precast concrete. The analysis showed that the column using a floor plate precast cheaper than a column that uses a conventional floor plate Rp.265.139.313,173 to columns using precast floor plate while the columns using conventional Rp.289.301.715,926 floor plate. The price difference column using precast floor plates and columns using conventional floor plate Rp.24.162.402,753 (8,35%). Column yangmenggunakan floor plate precast cheaper than the column that uses a conventional floor plate.en_US
