dc.description.abstractBuildings in the area Mlati Krajan, Mlati, Sleman, Yogyakarta were built side by side with the slopes of the river underneath there has been a rift. The problem that is happening is the building has suffered cracking on one side due to the strengthening of the foundation or retaining wall on the slope has been damaged buffeted by the rush of river water, so that the destruction of retaining wall that led to the carrying capacity of the land is lost resulting in the movement of soil. This is not out of the cause scouring of the river, the distribution of the burden of building and angle of inclination of the land is too steep. This research aims to redesign the reinforcement on the slopes with soil nailing method using nail angle mounting influence of the strengthening of the slopes. The analysis in this study, using the Simplified Bishop and methods wedge (wedge) for the calculation of the original slope and reinforcement, while analysis program using Plaxis version 8.2. It aims to determine the slope SF native and the influence of the mounting angle of the nail due to an internal analysis of global SF, SF due to shear forces on the slopes and SF due to a force off and unplug reinforcement. The results of the analysis using Plaxis program version 8.2 for the original slope without reinforcement can not be resolved so that the recalculated with Bishop Simplified method for taking into account the conditions of the original slope of the water pressure produces a value 0.7569 SF < 1.3. While SF for reinforcement of slopes using the wedge (wedge) with corner mounting nail 10o generate value SF to the analysis of internal stability globally at 1.6932, angle nail 20o generate value SF at 1.7214, angle nail 30o generate value SF at 1.7149, and the angle of nail 40o produce SF value of 1.6851. For the analysis of retrofitting the slopes using the program Plaxis version 8.2 generates value SF for the installation angle nail 10o effect and without the burden of the earthquake of 2.355 and 2.357> 1.3, SF mounting angle nail 20o effect and without the burden of the earthquake of 2.551 and 2.552, SF for mounting angle nail 30o due and without the burden of the earthquake of 2.491 and 2.509, SF mounting angle 40o nail and no-load due to the earthquake of 1.967 and 1.993. From the analysis found a difference SF between manual analysis (method Baji) and analysis using the program Plaxis, due to the method of wedge (wedge) using a sliding plane of landslide Planar and analysis program Plaxis using sliding plane of landslide circular as well as an increase in SF for both methods of analysis, manual (method Baji) and program Plaxis, that the smaller the angle of mounting nail the greater SF to internal stability globally, SF against shear and SF to break up and remove the reinforcement, otherwise the greater the angle of installation of nail, the smaller the SF for the internal stability of global, SF and SF against the shear force to break up and remove the reinforcement style.en_US
