dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine job satisfaction of Midwives in Rural Areas. This study used a qualitative approach. Respondents in this study were 3 people who are midwives PTT (Pegawai Tidak Tetap) who have long served in the rural areas. Data collection methods used in this research is in-depth interviews using an interview guide. Analysis of the data in this qualitative study using the encoding of information in the form of themes then grouped into categories and subcategories. The results obtained in this study indicate that the job satisfaction of midwives in rural areas due to the satisfaction of a job, salary, supervision, co-workers, self-motivation, and performance.en_US
