Pengaruh Kepemilikan Publik, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Ukuran Perusahaan Dan Kinerja Kauangan Terhadap Corporate Environmental Disclosure

Abstract

The aims of this research are to analyze public ownership, managerial ownership, firm size and financial performance on corporate environmental disclosure. The samples of this research mining firms listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 until 2015. The samples are collected using purposive sampling method and result 22 firms fulfilling criterion as this research sample. The analysis method of this research are simple regression. The result of research show the effect of public ownership and financial performance to corporate environmental disclosure was significant, while manajerial ownership and firm size to corporate environmental disclosure was not significant
