Analisis Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dan Intellectual Capital Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance, profitability and intellectual capital tp firm performance in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015.The element of good corporate governance is commissioners, institutional ownership, the size of the audit committee, the size of the board of directors, commissioners indpenden and element of intellectual capital is human capital, structural capital, customer capital This study use quantitative research design and secondary data from non financial companies in the observation period 2011-2015. The samples obtained 61 companies were selected by using purposive sampling. GCG and IC measurement using DEA efficiency and analysis of this study using multiple regression results show that the factor of good corporate governance and intellectual capital significant positive effect on company performance.
