Pengaruh Modal Intelektual terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Kinerja Keuangan Sebagai Variable Intervening

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether there is influence of intellectual capital on firm value and financial performance as an intervening variable. Intellectual capital is measured by Pulic Model (VAICTM). Financial performance is measured by Asset Turn Over (ATO). Firm value is measured by the Price to Book Value (PBV). Collecting data using Porposive sampling method. Samples are 40 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. This study uses regression to analyze the data. The findings of this study indicate 1). Intellectual capital is positive but not significant effect on financial performance. 2). Intellectual capital and significant positive effect on firm value. 3). Intellectual capital is positive and significant impact on financial performance as an intervening variable.
