    Abstract
    In the processing of acrylic, it take all shorts of tools including laser cutting and bending tool acrylic/acrylic bending machine. Currently acrylic processing tools on the market price is relatively expensive, consequently few people are using conventional means. Acrylic component assembley process is inefficient due to get a good component shapes, acrylic must be glued or clusted with bolts and nuts. Based on this, it is felt necessary to make a device that is capabed of forming the acrylic material with the bending process to help facilitate the manufacture of products made from acrylic. The purpose of this tool is designed and made the bending acrylic by utilizing the properties of acrylic thermoplastic that can bend the acrylic with a thickness of 2mm, 3mm, and maximum thickness of 5mm. Making the tool is divided into two parts, the first is the manufacture of acrylic bending unit consisting of acrylic pedestal bending unit, acrylic crutch, acrylic holder, and indicators of degree, and the second parts is a heater unit that consist of a heater element and heater unit box. After the parts are completed the next step is the assembly process is the process of unification of the entire part to be acrylic bending machine. The testing tool is done in 3 stages : first find out the mechanism or how the tool works, the second is a testing tool in the form of data that aims to determine whether the tool can work in accordance with the angle and the time of the process of achieving thermoplastic desirable or not, and the latter is the result of testing tools in the form of a product that aims to knowing experimental results manufacture of product using this tool acrylic bending machine. Based on the result of testing this tool acrylic bending machine can be concluded that these tools can make the process of the acrylic bending angle of 30-150°.
