dc.description.abstractWith the increasing market demand for jewelery it needed a reliable supporter of technology to support the growing market demand. CNC machine is an alternative solution for the jewelry industry. The advantages of CNC machines that can work faster, more complex, better and repeatable lead to manufacturers using CNC machines to replace the conventional way. As one well-known universities in Indonesia, UII not yet have a product that shows identity to be proud. Selected bracelet design with logo motif UII to be done using silver material. UII motif bracelet realized, thus the problem at this stage of the cancellation bracelet can be seen to be understood completion. Design bracelets using ArtCAM with certain parameters, which later will be the master. Installation gemstone casting method, and the casting process using silver material. In this study generated UII patterned bracelet that can be made with some constraints in each process. From this study it can be concluded that manufacture bracelet design can use ArtCAM. The process of making bracelets include: design bracelets and machine simulation using ArtCAM, the machining process using Roland JWX10, silicon processes, injection waxing, stone installation, building the tree wax, gypsum mold making, metal casting and finishing.en_US
