    Abstract
    Indonesia and Australia cooperate with the Indonesia-Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IA-CEPA), IA-CEPA negotiation process involves the role of IABC. The involvement of IABC in IA- CEPA negotiation process is analyzed using two level theory, which is divided into 2 structures, namely the basic level and the secondary level. IABC is in the process of negotiating IA-CEPA. The influence of IABC in IA-CEPA negotiation process is to provide information related to trade and investment between Indonesia and Australia, promote IA-CEPA cooperation, and provide strategies between two countries in order to achieve the creation of an economic powerhouse. Therefore, this study will look at how the influence of IABC in the IA-CEPA negotiation process through a two-level theory.
