    Abstract
Abstract: Worm infections disease is one of most health problems in Indonesia. Ascariasis is one of worm infection disease caused by Ascaris lumbricoides. Prevalention of ascariasis in Indonesia is quite high. This is caused by tropical climate wich supports the maturation of egg. Drugs which are usually used to treat worm infection is still very expensive. Therefore it is necessary to find another worm infection medicine as an alternative medicine that is safe, effective, easily available and cheap for the eradication of worm infection. Utilization of traditional medicine with sugar-apple leaf squeeze (Annona squamosa L.) can be used as an alternative option to overcome the worm infection. Study of anthelmintic sugar-apple leaf squeeze againts Ascaridia galli in vitro aim to determine the anthelmintic power of sugar-apple leaf squeeze againts Ascaridia galli in vitro and to find out the value of LC50, LC90, LT50 and LT90 of sugar-apple leaf squeeze. This study is an experimental in vitro by using 7 groups consisting of five (5) groups soaking of worm Ascaridia galli into sugar-apple leaf squeeze concentrate 40%, 20%, 10%, 5%, 2,5%, one positive control group using pirantel pamoat 0,236% and one negative control group using NaCl 0,9%. Each treatment group contains of 10 worm with replication 5 times. Each group was analyzed statistically by one way anova test, and followed by post hoc benferoni with significance level p<0,05. Sugar-apple leaf squeeze (Annona squamosa L.) have anthelmintic againts Ascaridia galli in vitro. Average time of death of the worm in the group treated with sugar-apple leaf squeeze soaking in various concentrations (40%, 20%, 10%, 5%, 2,5%), and control groups showed significant differences with value p<0,05. LC50 sugar-apple leaf squezee is 4,05% and LC90 is 27,55%. Sugar-apple leaf squezee in concentrations 40%, LT50 value is 408,96 minutes and LT90 value is 743,28 minutes, whereas at a concentrations of 20%, 10%, 5%, 2,5% have a longer time. Keyword: Anthelmintic, sugar-apple leaf squeeze (Annona squamosa L.), Ascaridia galli, in vitro.
