Hubungan Antara Kontrol Diri Dengan Pembelian Impulsif Pada Konsumen Muslim Pengguna Kartu Kredit
Abstract
The aim of the research is to find out relation between self control with
impulse buying in moslim consumer who use credit card. The hypothesis
proposed on this research is negative correlation between self control with
impulse buying in moslim consumer who use credit card. The sampling method in
this research was purposive sampling. This research used the survey method by
100 subject and distributed in Yogyakarta. The number of item questionnaires
was 41. Self-control scale numbered 16 aitem which is based on indicators of
self-control according to Averill, whereas impulsive buying scale aitem number 25
which is based on aspects of impulsive buying by Rook & Finisher. Data analysis
methods used in this study using the SPSS 16.0 program to test whether there is
a negative relationship between self-control in impulsive buyings on credit card
users Muslims .Product moment correlation of Pearson shows the value of r = -
0.803 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means there is a very significant negative
relationship between self-control in impulsive buyings on credit card users
Muslims., So the hypothesis is accepted.
