Peran Lingkungan Kerja Dan Dukungan Sosial Terhadap Kesejahteraan Psikologis Perawat Di Lampung
Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between the work environment and
psychological well-being, the relationship between social support and
psychological well-being, the relationship between the work environment and
social support (simultaneously) on psychological well-being. The proposed
hypothesis is that there is a relationship between work environment and
psychological well-being, there is a relationship between social support and
psychological well-being, there is a relationship between work environment and
social support on psychological well-being. The subjects in this study were 46 male
nurses and 82 female nurses. Psychological well-being was measured using the
eudaimonic workplace well-being scale (EWWS), the work environment was
measured by the Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index (PESNWI),
and social support was measured using the multidimensional scale of
perceived social support (MSPSS). The results showed that the correlation value of
the work environment and psychological well-being was 0.624 and the correlation
value between social support and psychological well-being was 0.664. While the
value of the correlation coefficient on the work environment and social support
variables on psychological well-being is 0.707 and the coefficient of determination
is 0.492. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 22 for windows. a
conducive work environment accompanied by social support affects psychological
well-being
