Pra Rancangan Pabrik Bioethanol Dari Onggok Kapasitas Produksi 17.000 Ton/Tahun
Abstract
Pre design of Bioethanol factory with 17,000 ton/year capacities are built to decrease Bioethanol import. Bioethanol are made from onggok with Hydrolysis and Fermentation process, used an H2SO4 and yeast as a catalyst.
These reaction occurred at Batch reaction. The operating condition is exothermic at the temperature of 30°C, pressure of 1 atm for Hydrolysis and The Fermentation. This factory classified as low risk because the process proceed in low operating condition.
This factory need onggok of 9245.7664 kg/hour, H2SO4 of 106.7273 kg/hour and yeast of 77.6482 kg/hour.
The process supporting utilities consist of 56,411.5535 kg/hour domestic water, 18,719.2539 kg/hour steam, 2,229.7741 liter/hour fuel, 428 KW electricity.
This factory was built in Lampung with land size of 26,000 m2 and employees of 101 people. The fix Capital Investment (FCI) is Rp 233,279,460,487.31 and Working Capital Investment (WCI) is Rp 75,291,669,714.18. The economic result shows that the benefit before tax is Rp 45,711,455,251.77 per year. Return On Investment (ROI) before tax is 19.5951 % and after tax is 9.7976 %. Pay Out Time (POT) before tax is 3.6 year and after tax is 5.6 year. Break Event Point (BEP) is 43.41 % capacities, Shut Down 13.09 % and Discount Cash Flow Rate (DCFR) is 27.71 % capacities.
Based on these result it can be concluded this bioethanol factory from onggok with capacity 17,000 ton/year is interesting for next research.
