According paradigm of Problem Based learning (PBL) method, learning activities in Block Motion System focused on tutorial discussion. In the discussion, the problem shown as scenarios or cases. It triggers the discussion to achieve the learning objectives. Understanding of the medical knowledge is developed by in-depth discussion about the clinical problem that is often encountered, included symptoms, signs or laboratory tests results. Deepening of discussion refer to the competency standards that had been defined. The main problem of students is how to integrating of many related sciences, especially pathology. Pathology has an important role to analyzed the clir.lcal problems. So, this textbook is not merely descriptive, but include the concept of analytic reasoning. This book book contain about trauma, neuromuscular disorders, inflammation, metabolic disorders, degeneration disorders, congenital abnormalities and growth disorders, that cause disturbances in motion systems, divided into five chapters. Each chapter began with a scenario or case, then decided differential diagnosis, ·explained pathophysiology or pathogenesis and described clinical features and histopathological tissue changes.
