dc.description.abstractThe workload control concept is known to robust shop floor control concept. It is especially suited for the dynamic environment of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) within the make to order sector. Currently there are so many small and medium enterprises (SMEs) because in past several years economic global experiences obstacles. In order to gain more profits the SMEs have to efficient and have to reduce unnecessary feedback from the production floor .The objectives of this research reducing number of employee requirement to reduce the labor cost using workload control method by grouping the workstation based on the operation chart (OPC).
