Work-Life Balance Ditinjau dari Kebersyukuran pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Kehutanan dan Perkebunan Wonogiri
Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between
gratitude and work-lif balance among civil servants in dinas kehutanan dan
perkebunan wonogiri. This research involved 52 subject, aged 25-56, sex male
and female. Measurement in this study used a Work-life balance Scale and a
gratitude Scale that prepared based on conclusion the definition and aspects of
Work-life balance by Hudson (2005), Gray & Tudball (in Brough, 2008), Fereday
(2008), and Clark (in Bourke, 2009) and Gratitude by Watkins (2003). A
correlation analysis with product moment pearson showed the correlation
coefficient 0,339 with p = 0,014, which means a high signification of positive
correlation between Gratitude and Work-life balance. The hypothesis of this
study accepted.
