| dc.description.abstract | In the world of natural fiber textiles pivotal role in producing a product that
has high quality and consumer demand, especially cotton fibers. Cotton fiber has
dominated the world textile fiber usage, because the cotton fibers have the advantages
of physicals and chemical properties. The first has a good tensile strength the second
have a good absorption. And the third fibers mixed with other natural fibers easily.
Thus the cotton fibers is very suitable also used as raw material for batik printing.
This printing process is decided into three processes based on the treatment
experienced by the fabric, is the process of pre-treatment, treatment process and after
treatment process. Whose purpose to get a good results and improve efficiency of
product.
From the economics analysis can be seen investment capital amounting to
Rp8.728.173.741, working capital amounting to Rp 52.942.496.890, investment
percentage return after tax of 19%, the percentage of break event point (BEP) that is
46 %, the percentage shut down point (SDP) is 3,5% and paid time-out period of 5,08
years.
Based on the data obtained can be conlcude that the pre-draft plants with a
capacity of 4.000.000 yard/years is feasible to set up and can compete with the other
