The role of an expected behavior devices owned by persons domiciled in society. But in the context of this study, the role in question is related to the existence and vitality BPJSBPJS Health (Social Security Agency of Health) is a State-Owned Enterprises were specially commissioned by the government to administer health care benefits for all Indonesian people, especially for Civil Servants, Pension Recipients civil servants and TNI / Police, Veterans, Independence Pioneers and their families and other business entities or ordinary citizens has been operating since January 1, 2014. the purpose of this study was to analyze the existence and role BPJS in improving community health status (participant BPJS) in SMPN 3-Sleman Pakem maqashid al-shariah perspective.
Qualitative analysis to explain the results of interviews that later researchers did test validity the information from each respondent. In addition, in analyzing the data, researchers used coding as the process of analyzing. From the results of coding which has conducted research on the results of interviews to several respondents, can be served percentages related to these indicators. On the protection side of religion, there are three indicators with a percentage of 2.8%. On the life insurance side reached percentage is 37% owned by the three indicators.
The next three indicators on reasonable protection side which reached a percentage of 25.4%. Reasonable protection side is an indicator maqashid al-shari'ah 'ah who have a strong enough attachment to the object studied. This can be evidenced by the numbers that have been achieved at a reasonable protection side's second-largest position. On wealth protection side which reached a percentage of 14,27%. However, unlike the case with the protection of off spring that reach a percentage of 9.4%.
