Abstract

PROSPECT AND DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF GALLERI INVESTASI SHARI’AH BURSA EFEK INDONESIA FIAI UII BASED ON SWOT ANALYSIS SIGIT KUSBIYANTORO 13423079 Investment gallery Syariah Faculty of Islamic Studies, Islamic University of Indonesia (GIS FIAI UII) is one of the Islamic stock management institutions that cooperate with Phintraco Scurities and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In the development of GIS FIAI UII require development strategies in order to improve performance. This study analyzes of SWOT aspects of both internal and external factors on GIS FIAI UII. Research was conducted on GIS FIAI UII. The results of this study mentions that the internal factors in determining the development strategy of the GIS FIAI UII consists of two things: the strength (hospitality in serving students and professors, held the general stadium on a regular basis, their positive contribution, helping companies Phintraco Securities and Exchange Indonesia, managers are competent, there is an element of propaganda and openness, understanding of islamic investment, nominal relatively small in the opening stock accounts sharia, as the lab or agent the first time in Indonesia that provides islamic investment) and weaknesses (experts are limited, lack of supporting facilities, lack of rule of supporters, not the organizational structure, the absence of a decree on the task manager, the position of the office GIS FIAI UII has not been located, there are those who do not understand about the business of investment of islamic stocks, promotion and marketing of the limited, yet provide data stocks as a whole, managers can not be present on an ongoing basis and limited GIS manager).
