dc.description.abstractAbstract: This is a meta-analysis study discussing the correlation of work stress and performance of the employees. It aims to observe whether there is consistence tendency of correlation between work stress and performance of the employees by correcting errors in sampling and correction of measurement errors. Performance is defined as the output of work achieved by the employees in doing their work by the responsibilities given. Meanwhile, work stress is an unpleasant psychological process occurred as a response to the pressure at the workplace. Data of research used consisted of 20 previous types of research related to work stress and performance by accessing the online articles. The hypothesis proposed in this study is whether there is a correlation between work stress and performance. The results of this study showed a positive correlation between work stress and the performance of the employees.en_US
