dc.description.abstractBackground:Low back pain(LBP) one of is the occupational health problems are most commonly found in the workplace. Ossupation that high risk of LBP a job that having error body posture and high workload. The most effecting workers is sand mine workers around Merapi mount. Objective:To determine the relationship of body posture and workload on the incidence of low back pain among sand mine workers at merapi mount. Methods: Thestudy was a analytic study with cross sectional method. The subjects are 95 workers who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data were collected by qustionnaure consist of demograpjic data, exclusion criteria and LBP experience with VAS score. Analysis of the data used stastistical chi square test which was significant result the p value <0,05. Results: The result found that body posture and workload statictically significant, with p value for body posture was 0,000 and workload was 0,02 among sand mine workers of mount merapi. Conclusion:There was a relationship between posture and workload on the incidence of low back pain in miners of merapi mount.en_US
