Persepsi Mahasiswa Dan Mahasiswi Akuntansi Mengenai Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pemilihan Karir Sebagai Akuntan Studi Empiris: Pada PTS di Yogyakarta

Abstract

This research aim to know do there is difference of view among student choosing career as public accountant. Company accountant, educator accountant and governmental accountant as a whole and pursuant to gender evaluated from financial reward, proffesional training, proffesional confession, social values, work environment, and labor market needs. So that can be good for institute which have employed accountant labor and for education environment. Pursuant to the mentioned hence taking title "Perception of Student Accountancy Concerning Factors fnfluencing Election of Career as Accountant ". Data collecting done is directly used by questionnaire which in the form of addressed kuisoncr to student. Result of from this research is got that student as a whole tend to to choose career as company accountant compared to governmental accountant, public accountant and educator accountant Election of the career influenced by factor proffesiona1 training, proffesional confession, social values and labor market needs. While result of research to man student and woman indicate that only at factor labor market needs there are difference of view.
