310.440 picces/years istargetedTo explore the batik need as a original product of Indonesia.
The factory will be build in Yogyakarta at Jl.Magelang km 9, in Sleman on the piece area
3.498 m². The factory will be operated for 24 hours/day or 330 day a year with total of 202
employees. The machine is 63 sewing machine, 3 cutting machine, 3 automatic speading
machine, 5 fussing machine, and 1 labeling machine, from the economic analisis. Raw material
needed are cotton of about70% and polyester 30%.
The factory will be convered by a capital investment of about Rp.5.654.605.000,00 and
working capital of about Rp.9.424.970.732,00, return of capital of Pay Out Time (POT) will
return in 4 years 9 month, then the price ofeach price product is Rp.49.749,03. This factory has
profit Rp.2.999.650.094,00 in a year.
The result of an economics analysis showed the Break Event Point (BEP) of factory is
achieved 51,77%, Return ofInvestment (ROI) after taxes is achchieved 20,13, and Pay Out Tme
(POT) after taxes for about 4,9 years that means the factory have low risk.
Based on the above factors can be concluded that plan design for men's long sleeve with
shirt the Batik motif plant of Cotton and Polyester with production of capacity 310.440
