Pelayanan Kesehatan Ibu Hamil Dalam Era Jkn Di Kabupaten Sukamara Kalimantan Tengah
Abstract
Maternal and childhealth is the thing that affects public health improvement. It is also seen in one of the goals of the MDG's targets have been set which is to reduce maternal and child mortality. Under the global agreement of the MDG's by 2015, is expected to decrease maternal mortality to 102 per 100,000 live birth andinfant mortalitiy rate declined by 23 per 1000 live birth. In 2011, the government held a special healthcare program for pregnant women is Jampersal. Which then is no longer valid since 2014, because there are health care programs that ensure the health of all the people of Indonesia, namely BPJS
Objective : To understand how the maternal health care in the JKN era in Sukamara Central Borneo
Methods : The study was a descriptive exploratory study using case study design with qualitative analysis. Subjects studied are actors in the implementation of health care programs in Sukamara with the object of research is the social situation in the implementation of maternal health services in the era JKN 2014. Informant determined by the method of purposive and snowball effect if needed. The collection of data by means of non-participatory observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and triangulation.
Result :The process of achieving the implementationmaternal health care already well done, IMR and MMR districts Sukamara has achieved the global targets of MDG's, but the district Sukamara not follow up the developing policy in the form of the decree and local regulation regarding capitation funds to implement the program JKN.
Conclusion : Maternal health care programs in Sukamara been running pretty good, but not followed by implementation BPJS thoroughly because they have health insurance that is used in the region.
