The research is conductedto examineif there is a tuberculosisanti bacteria activity from the extract of Petroleum Ether (PE) and 70% Ethanol with its vaccination from the pagoda plant's leaves. In order to find out the anti tuberculosis activity from pagoda plant's leaves, the anti tuberculosis sensitivity test isdone from the pagoda plant's leaves. The anti tuberculosis sensitivity test is firstly done by extracting the pagoda plant's leaves with PEand 70% Ethanol and then the extract is fragmented withn-hecsan for the PE extractand with Methanol for 70% ethanol extract until it is obtained n-hecsan soluble and insoluble fraction PE extract and Methanol soluble and insoluble fraction of 70% Ethanol extract. All the extract and its fraction ismade ofseries with the degree of20%; 10%; 5%; 2.5% by diluting them with DMSO. The series of concentration are then mixed with Louwerstain Jensen medium in liquid form, sterilized and incubated with the tuberculosis bacteria, with the 37"Cincubation for 6-8 weeks. Then the growth of tuberculosis bacteria is examined by counting the amount of tuberculosis bacteria microscopically using the color of Acid Resistant Bacteria (BTA), the amount of the bacteria is counted in 10 seeing area, added and counted their resistance presentation. From the PE extract's resistance, it is obtainedthe smallestvalue for 74.49% in 20% n-hecsan insoluble fraction and the highest value for 106.91% in 2.5% n-hecsan insoluble fraction. While from the 70% Ethanol extract, it is obtained the smallest resistance percentage is 2.63% in 20% methanol soluble fraction and the highest resistance percentage is 96.58% in 2.5% of70%ethanol extract. The Resistance Percentage value from each extract iscounted statistically by suing one way and round way ANOVA test. From the statistic test, it is revealed that there isnosignificant difference, from the round way ANOVA test it is revealed that there is a significant difference and men examination is continued with multiple comparison and it is revealed that there isa real difference, from the tuckey test it is revealed that there is a real difference.en_US
