    Abstract
    Limbah cair rumah sakit merupakan salah satu hasil samping dan berbagai keeiatan di rumah sakit, limbah cair ini banyak mengandung unsur pencemar yang blrbahaya bagi penghuni rumah sakit begitu juga bagi para pekerja, pengunjung serta ZsyaZat sekL rumah sakit. Air limbah ini memerlukan penanganan khusus dengan Zenggunakan sarana yang disebut dengan IPAL (Instalasi Pengolahan An-Lnnbah) Tehfngga kualitasnya memenuhi persyaratan tertentu bagi kesehatan sebelum dibuangke badanair penerima. Perencanaan di instalasi pengolahan air limbah merupakan upaya pemikirandan pembangunan sistem pengolahan air limbah agar tercapai suatu sistem ymgefiS^^anaan adalah Rumah Sakit Umum Risa Sentra Medika Mataram Jl Peiansgik No 115 Mataram. Limbah cair domestik tersebut berasal dari kloset, Lurasanbak cuci tangan, tempat cuci pakaian, ruang cuci alat-alat masak dan ruang PnerZatan yang dihasilkan oleh Rumah Sakit Umum Risa Sentra Medika Mataram. PeZcanaan unit IPAL yaitu Pengolahan Fisik seperti Sanngan Kasar, dm PrZdZentasi. Pengolahan Biologis yaitu Sistem Lumpur Aktif dan Sistem Anaerobrk (UASB) Pengolahan Kimia yaitu dengan Desinfeksi. Darthasil perencanaan diperoleh bahwa pengolahan dengan sistem Anaerobik (UASB) memiliki efektifitas yang lebih tinggi sehingga mampu mereduksi kandungan organ kyang men adi parameter utama yaitu di atas 90%. Selain itu juga memiliki keZungan dari segi biaya yang lebih murah dibandingkan dengan proses AS yaitu 26 88l727J ruplh. Dan juga pada proses Anaerobik ini dapat menurunkan konsentrasi beban pencemar pada limbah cair domestik yaitu TSS&™^™* mg/L COD efluen sebesar 6,75 mg/L, BOD efluen sebesar 2,31 mg/L. Sehingga efluen yang dihasilkan tidak berdampak negatif terhadap badan air penerima karena telah memenuhi standar baku mutu limbah cair bagi rumah sakit yang telah ditentukan. Hospital wastewater is one of the side effect from every activities in there, it is contain many polluted issues that was very dangerous for the patient also hospital worker, visitor and the society who living around the hospital. The special treatment is necessary for this wastewater which is called wastewater treatment installation, so the wasterwater quality must comply with certain assential in health before it throw to the body water. Planning in Wastewater treatment means a thought and building of wastewater treatment system therefore reaching an efficiency and effectifity in system. Planning location is in Risa Sentra Medika Hospital Mataram, pejanggik street no. 115 Mataram. Domestic wastewater of wastewater treatment installation is come from the closet, floordrain, lavatory, loundry, kitchen, and also patient room in Risa Sentra Medika Hospital Mataram. Planning of wastewater treatment installation of physical units treatment are screening, and primary sedimentation. Biological units treatment are Activated Sludge system and Anaerobic system (UASB). Chemical unit treatment is desinfection. The planning result get that Anaerobic system (UASB) have a high effectifity therefore can decrease the execellent organic concentration which is up to 90%. Eventhough it has an advantages from cost sight, if it comparing with Activated Sludge which is 126.886.727,3 rupiahs. And also this Anaerobic processed can decrease the polluted consentration in domestic wastewater like TSS effluent is 28,5 mg/L, COD effluent is 6,75 mg/L, and BOD effluent is 2,31 mg/L. So, the effluent of wastewater treatment does not have a negative effect to the body water because it was comply with certain quality standart of hospital wastewater.
