Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kunjungan Lansia Di Posyandu Lansia : Study Kasus di Posyandu Lansia Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gamping 2 Kecamatan Gamping

Abstract

Increasing in the population of elders could mean a rise of many other kinds of problem and also could influence the life of the elders. Alongside with the increasing total and numbers of elders’ sickness, a Posyandu Lansia is needed. Objective : To know the factors that could influence elders visits at posyandu lansia in Gamping health care center 2 Kecamatan Gamping. Methods : The research is an explorative description and uses a research designed study case. Key informant in the research are as follows : 1. Elders that visits elderly posyandu. 2. Elders that does not visit elderly posyandu. 3. Future regeneration in management of elderly posyandu. 4. Health officers (nurse, docter and other health assitants). 5. The elderly’s family. Informants are decided by purposive method. Data collection technique used are non-participative obsevation, in depth interview, documentation, and triangulation. Result : Organizers IHC IHC Elderly Work Area Health Center in Limestone 2 Limestone District residents are elderly, posyandu cadres, health workers, community leaders and elderly relatives. In addition, support Informal Leaders help smooth growth monitoring sessions, coming from the board posyandu elderly, residents, community leaders. Conclusion : Factors that support elders to come to elderly posyandu are people’s paticipation, regeneration of posyandu, people figure support, healthcare center cooperation.
