| dc.description.abstract | Productivity is one of the important aspects in doing a job. The level of work productivity is
directly proportional to the number of jobs that can be done. The higher the level of productivity,
the more quickly the work could be completed. One of the jobs on a construction project that has a
large amount of volume of work and labor is the job of mounting floor plate. With a large amount
of volume and labor it’s needed a great fund to complete a job, then the productivity of the labors
should be maximized in order to minimize the cost budget and time to get the maximum results.
Data collection methods used in this research is a method of Work Sampling. This
observation is done directly in the field by collecting the data of labor, time and volume of
work/duration of work on the reinforcement floor plate mounting. Data collection is done in the
normal working hours time at 08.00 – 16.00, with time off work i.e. 12.00-13.00 and not done on
overtime work hours. Data taken in the field then noted and will be processed to obtain the value of
the productivity of labor and compared with the standard according to Permen PUPR No.
28/PRT/M/2016.
Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the following results are
obtained, the average productivity results obtained in the field for blacksmiths is equal to 152,385
kg / person / day. While the results of the calculation of productivity analysis according to Permen
PUPR No. 28 / PRT / M / 2016 which is equal to 142,857 kg / person / day for blacksmiths. The
results of the comparison of average field productivity with productivity according to Permen PUPR
No. 28 / PRT / M / 2016 which is equal to 1,067 times for blacksmiths. | en_US |
