Abstract: Projects are not always on time in their planning, they often encounter delays. Many factors are factors that delay such as the road to difficult projects, uncertain climates and much more. To anticipate the delay there are several alternative options that can be used. Use more productive tools, increase the number of workers, and choose more efficient materials and methods.
