Abstract: Projects are not always on time in their planning, they often encounter delays. Many factors are factors that delay such as the road to difficult projects, uncertain climates and much more. To anticipate the delay there are several alternative options that can be used. Use more productive tools, increase the number of workers, and choose more efficient materials and methods. In this study using additional working hours (overtime) with alternative choices, 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours overtime. The purpose of this study is to find out how much additional working hours (overtime) are optimal in terms of cost and time. The results of the analysis carried out on the Kedawung Sub-District Office Building Project Project were obtained by the addition of 3 hours of work with the fastest duration of 77 day with a work effectiveness value of 83.7218% with a decrease in effectiveness of 16.2782 and direct costs obtained are Rp 356.962.904,37 and indirect costs of Rp. 25.156.905,66 with a ratio of 1,04.
