KONSEP DIRI DAN EFIKASI DIRI BERWIRAUSAHA PADA PEMILIK USAHA RITEL MIKRO KECIL MENENGAH DI JOGJAKARTA
Abstract
The aims of this paper are to: determine whether there is a positive relationship between self-concept and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The subjects of this study are 165 micro and small retail owners in Jogjakarta. Data collection techniques is were conducted using questionnaires. This study uses correlation analytical techniques to show relationship between self-concept and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. We show that positive positive relationship between self-concept and entrepreneurial self-efficacy, get conventional significance value or p = 0,000 and r = 0,349 on self-concept and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. In the and, the results of the analysis can be concluded that there is a positive correlation between self-concept and entrepreneurial self-efficacy
