Hubungan Spiritualitas dan Resiliensi Keluarga pada Keluarga Penderita Penyakit Kronis

Abstract

The purpose of this research for testing the positive corelation between spirituality and family resilience in family with chronic illness. The hyphothesis is positive corelation between spirituality and family resilience in family with chronic illness. Subject in this research is the member of family with chronic illness, Islamic, suffer for at least one month. This research takes 30 subject for volunteer. This research use Family Resielence Scale from Sixbey (2006) with modification and the Spirituality Scale from theory of Elkins (1988). Analysis Method use SPSS 16.0 for Windows program for testing the corelation between spirituality and family resilience in family with chronic illness. Product Moment Pearson Corelation shows that r= 0.122 significant level p = 0.261 (p>0.05). The result from this research is there is no corelation between spirituality and family resilience in family with chronic illness.
