    Abstract
    Discern to reality which is happened in Indonesia educational world nowadays, the development of moral value on pupils is not balanced with their intellectual development. The conspicuous consequence is morality which is appeared in daily attitude do not reflect to succes of education. At the middle of this reality, Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Bandung shows the succes in their effort to educate the society by transforming moral value trough Manajemen Qolbu. This research is answering what and how the concept of moral education according to Manajemen Qolbu. The Method which is used in this research is field research with sociologic-phenomenological approach and qualitative analysis. The arms which are going to be researched are to know further more what and how the concept of moral education according to Manajemen Qolbu, also to deepen moral transformation method in Manajemen Qolbu which is proved through the succes indicator from transformation process of moral value Manajemen Qolbu. The result is obtained from the research gives a clean description that bassically the concept in deed the method of Manajemen Qolbu moral education is stand on the earlier concept from Islamic thinker as well as the concept of western ethic. However, Manajemen Qolbu through it’s the Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School institute could dresses up the strategy of moral educarion by training and implementation of moral values in daily like at Boarding School environment. Moral education in Manajemen Qolbu emphasize moral education on some prinsipal aspect that is emphasizing on to know Allah closer (ma’rifatulloh), self management, leadership and enterpreneurship. While the effort of transformation of moral values is done by 4 strategies as follow: The first, there are a good figure by making model society; the second, through edocation and training; the third, developing a powerful system through reconciliation to the institutional state; the fourth, build the society spiritual force. Moral education through instruction and training is presented by strategy or study methodology of study which include experiental learning, learning by doing, communicative, mujadalah, uswah hasanah, problem solving, and make people accustomed.
