    Analisis Pengaruh Sistem Pengendalian Material terhadap Sisa Material Pekerjaan Struktur pada Proyek Konstruksi

    Abstract
    Pada pelaksanaan suatu proyek konstruksi, tidak akan dapat dihindari munculnya sisa material konstruksi atau disebut construction waste .Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan mekanisme pengelolaan, teknologi, sistem penilaian dan pengelolaan limbah yang komprehensif dan terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sisa material konstruksi yang memiliki banyaknya sisa pada pekerjaan struktur, faktor-faktor penyebab sisa material serta solusi efektif dalam mengatasi sisa material konstruksi yang terjadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek pembangunan di beberapa gedung tingkat tinggi. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan survei menggunakan kuisioner. Narasumbernya adalah orang-orang yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan material pada pekerjaan struktur seperti pelaksana, cost control engineer, logistik serta gudang. Data diolah dengan analisis perbandingan dan keselarasan data dengan uji konkordansi kendall, serta penjelasan korelasi antara persentase sisa material pekerjaan struktur dan tindakan pencegahannya dengan uji spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Triplek memiliki kuantitas sisa material yang terbesar pada pekerjaan struktur, karena triplek merupakan material pada pekerjaan bekisting, kejadian penyebab terjadinya sisa material pekerjaan struktur yang paling tinggi adalah perubahan desain, tindakan pencegahan dalam mengatasi sisa material pekerjaan struktur yang terjadi yaitu melakukan monitoring pekerjaan. In the execution of a construction project, it will not be avoided the emergence of the rest of the construction material or called construction waste. Therefore, required a comprehensive, integrated management mechanism, technology, assessment and waste management system. This study aims to determine the remaining construction materials that have a lot of residual on the work structure, the factors causing the rest of the material and an effective solution in overcoming the remaining construction material that occurred. This research is conducted on development projects in several high-rise buildings. The research data were obtained by survey using questionnaire. The sources are people who deal with the use of materials on structural work such as executors, cost control engineers, logistics and warehouses. Data was processed by comparison analysis and data alignment with kendall concordance test, and explanation of correlation between percentage of material remaining structural work and its prevention action by spearman test. The results of this study indicate that plywood has the largest waste quantity in structural work, because the plywood is a material on the work of formwork, the occurrence of the occurrence of the remnant material of the highest structural work is a design change, precautionary action in overcoming the remaining material of structural work that happens is monitoring work.
