Hubungan Motivasi Belajar Dan Disiplin Belajar Siswa Dalam Belajar Kimia Di Kelas X Tpm & Tkj Smk Bina Harapan Yogyakarta
Abstract
This research aims to determine: 1) the relationship between learning motivation and student discipline in learning chemistry; 2) the category of student learning motivation in learning chemistry; 3) the category of student discipline in learning chemistry at SMK Bina Harapan Yogyakarta. The research population used was all students of class X TPM and X TKJ at SMK Bina Harapan Yogyakarta. The data collection technique used is a non-test technique using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire then distributed to students. The data analysis technique in this study uses non-parametric analysis, namely the spearman test. This test begins with conducting a prerequisite test analysis, namely the normality test to determine whether the data is normally distributed or not and conducting a linearity test to determine whether the data is linear or not. The results of the two prerequisite tests show that the data is not normally distributed and linear. Then a non-parametric analysis test was conducted. From the correlation test, the results obtained are: 1) there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and chemistry learning discipline with a significance value of 0.002 and the correlation value is 0.553; 2) student learning motivation in studying chemistry in class X TPM & X TKJ SMK Bina Harapan Yogyakarta is categorized as good, 3) student learning discipline in studying chemistry in class X TPM & X TKJ SMK Bina Harapan Yogyakarta is categorized as good.
