ANALISIS BIAYA DAN GAMBARAN KUALITAS HIDUP PASIEN DIABETES MELITUS TIPE 2 PROGRAM PENGELOLAAN PENYAKIT KRONIS (PROLANIS) DI PUSKESMAS CANGKRINGAN DAN MINGGIR KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Abstract

The health cost and growth of Diabetes Mellitus type 2 disease burden will be increasing from year to year. Growth variation of insulin use with oral antidiabetic causes the difference of cost therapy in the increase life quality. This research is done to know the use of the most therapy, the description of health Quality, and to know average cost of medicine Diabetes Melitus type 2 patient who follows PROLANIS at Cangkringan and Minggir Primary health care Sleman Regency. This research constitute descriptive obeservasional research with cross sectional design. It uses purposive sampling method in taking the sample start in January - March 2017, in this research uses Quessionnaire is Diabetes Quality of Life Clinical Trial Quessionnaire (DQLCTQ) for measure health Quality. Descriptive analysis is used to count health Quality percentage, therapy description, and average cost of BPJS perspective. The result of therapy description which is used at Cangkringan and Minggir Primary health care is the two medicines combination namely metformin-glimepirid with total 69 patients (69%). The health Quality patient of Diabetes Mellitus type 2 PROLANIS at Cangkringan and Minggir has domain score in good quality on physical function, health distress, mental health, satisfaction, and treatment satisfaction, while the have domain score with middle quality on energy domain, healing effect, and the frequency of symptom disease, and teh toal cost for each patient at Cangkringan and Minggir Primary health care is Rp. 141.752. Based on BPJS perspective.
