This study aims to determine whether the treatment of zikir relaxation can reduce stress levels in patients with kidney failure. The design of this study was a two-group pretest-posttest design with follow-up. The subjects consisted of 13 patients with kidney failure in the city of Ciamis. Data were analyzed quantitatively using Mann Whitney U analysis. The measuring tool of this study was a modified stress scale developed by Sarafino (2012) (Alpha Cronbach = 0.831). The results suggest that zikir relaxation therapy can significantly reduce stress levels in patients with renal failureen_US
