dc.description.abstractThis study attempted to find the correlation between organizational climate and work-engagement in non profit organization, especially, Marching Band in Jogjakarta. The hypotheses in this study was based on the assumption that higher or better organizational climate will also increase the member's work- engagement. This study aimed the member's of non profit organization, especially Marching Band in Jogjakarta in various age, position, and time they spent in organization. The data were collected from two scales, the organizational climate scale based on Litwin and Stringer's theory and the work-engagement scale based on Schaufeli and Bakker's theory. The data then were analyzed with product moment Pearson's method. The result shows that organizational climate was significantly related to work-engagement with r value = 0,655 and p = 0,000 (p<0,05). This mean that the higher or better organizational climate, the higher member's work-engagement. And it conclude that the hypotheses in this study is approveden_US
