| dc.description.abstract | Plan design of spinning mill of carded polyester-rayon (65%/35%) will be built at Sukoharjo, the province of middle Java on the area of 41.411 m2 of land, with a building area of 19.808,75 m2 . By using 36.000 spindles this factory is especially targeting to fulfill domestic demand. The product of yarn type is planned to have number Ne1 40 and calculation of the set based on Indonesian Industrial Standard (SII) with target capacity of 4.500.645,12 kg per annum. The need for polyester raw material is 3.421.918,311 kg per annum and rayon for about 1.843.435,398 kg per annum.The factory is set as a limited liability company (PT) with total employee of 360 people. The factory will be covered by capital investment of about Rp 115.768.983.459,00, while working capital of about Rp 198.702.965.000,00. thus the total amount of capital needed is Rp 314.471.948.459,00. The profit after tax is estimated at Rp 49.527.937.160,00 per annum and the capital investment will return in (POT) 2 years and 4 months. Total value of trade transaction of about Rp 274.957.912.300,00 per annum with a selling price per kg of about Rp 61.093,00. From the feasibility study showed that value of BEP is 47,7%, SDP is 26,3%, ROI (before tax) is 49,7% and (after tax) is 42,8%. From the analysis of the above factors then can be concluded that the spinning mill of blended polyester- rayon (65%/35%) has a good prospect and visible to be built. | en_US |
