dc.description.abstractThis study attempted to find out the connection between religiosity and psychological well-being among the elderly. Hypothesis of this study was there a positive relation between religiosity and psychological well-being among the elderly. The higher the religiosity, then the higher the psychological well-being among the elderly, vice versa. Respondents were 72 Muslim elderly who live in nursing homes DIY, both man and woman. To collecting data using form of questionnaire which adapt from Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale and Raiya's Psychological Measure of Islamic Religiousness Scale. Data analysis method on this research is using Spearman's non parametric correlation. The analysis shows r = 0,672 and p = 0,000 (p<0,001) which means there is a significant positive relation between religiosity and psychological well-being among the elderly.en_US
