dc.description.abstractThis study examined the relationship of regularity praying and discipline employees at Indonesian Islamic University of Yogyakarta. This study tested the hypothesis that regularity praying has positive correlation with discipline employees. The regularity praying Scale (Yudhishthira & Budiharto, 2005; has coefficient reliability a =0.926, consists 26 items) and The discipline employees Scale (Amriany, et al, 2004; has coefficient reliability a =0864, consists 29 items) was administered to 75 Universitas Islam Indonesia employees, consist of 70% men and 30% women. Results reveal that The discipline employees can be explained significantly by regularity praying. Research findings, limitations, and recommendations are briefly discussed.en_US
