dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the factors that motivate nurses working in psychiatric hospital. Respondent or subject in this research were three nurses of Grhasia's Hospital, male or female, age respondent are 43 years old, and respondent have 19 years work experience. Data were collected by interview with subject based on interview guidelines. This research used qualitative analysis method by encoding the information then classified into each category. The result of the study was to classify information based on motivational aspects of psychiatric nurse and concluded that work motivation of psychiatric nurses were letter of employment decisions, help each other and the intention of worship. Factors that drive to hold out in the work were the unique skill possessed, to earn income and work environment where relationships with co-worker.en_US
