    Abstract
    Proses pemupukan merupakan salah satu kegiatan penting dalam budidaya kelapa sawit. Namun, alat penebar pupuk yang tersedia di pasaran masih memiliki keterbatasan pada sistem pengaturan takaran serta Sebagian besar merupakan produk impor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat alat penebar pupuk sawit adjustable sebagai alternatif pengganti produk impor. Pemilihan konsep desain menggunakan metode pugh, evaluasi dilakukan terhadap tiga alternatif desain berdasarkan kriteria ease of manufacture, ease of operation, ergonomics, dan cost of production. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa desain B merupakan desain dengan nilai metode pugh paling optimal. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa alat penebar pupuk sawit adjustable berpotensi menjadi alternatif produk lokal yang lebih efektif dan efisien untuk mendukung proses pemupukan kelapa sawit.
