Hubungan Antara Kualitas Perkawinan dengan Keterlibatan Ayah dalam Pengasuhan dengan Anak

Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine whether there is a correlation between marital quality with father involvement in childcare. The proposed hypothesis is that there is positive correlation between marital quality with father involvement in childcare. Subject’s characteristic of this research is married man who live with his family, and have child from babies until 13 years old. The method which being use is quantitative method. Data were collected by two scales, father involvement scale was adaptable from Hawkins, dkk theory (2002) and marital quality scale from Wahyuningsih theory (2012). The collected data were processes by product moment analysis. Based on the result of the research, found that the higher marital quality then the higher father involvement, and vice versa. The result from regression test show that friendship have contributed to father involvement. Beside that, it was found that there was no correlation in father involvement with husbands salary for more than 3 million and less 3 million.
