dc.description.abstractThe relationship between social support and life satisfaction in college students were examined in this preliminary study. This study tested the hypothesis that social support has positive correlation with student's life satisfaction. One hundred (68 men and 32 women) Universitas Islam Indonesia students, ages 17-24, completed measures on social support and satisfaction with life. The result indicates that student's perceived social support is significantly associated with life satisfaction. The research findings, limitations and recommendations are discussed.en_US
