dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to test empirically whether the correlation between extrinsic job satisfaction with job involvement. The hypothesis is there is a positive relationship between extrinsic job satisfactions with job involvement. The higher the job satisfaction, the higher the job involvement and conversely the lower the extrinsic job satisfaction then the lower the job involvement. The respondents were employees of the Hotel Gowongan Inn. Subjects in this study amounted to 50 people and using a two-scale studies that extrinsic job satisfaction scale with 24 items and job involvement scale with 40 items. The method used in this research is a quantitative research. The method of data analysis used in this study are from Pearson product moment correlation using SPSS 16.00 for Windows. Product moment correlation test results showed a positive correlation is very significant and is shown on the correlation coefficient r = 0.615 with p = 0.000 (P < 0.05).en_US
